Our objective is not to build a customer database, but simply to obtain the information required to organise a potential event correctly and efficiently.
The information submitted through this website is managed by ETB – Eros Ramazzotti Tribute Band, through the band members presented on the "The Band" page, solely for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice.

The booking form may request your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, event date, event location, venue type, preferred line-up, technical requirements and any additional information useful for organising the performance.

The information provided is used exclusively to evaluate your booking enquiry, verify the band's availability, prepare an initial estimate whenever possible, contact you regarding your request and manage any subsequent communication relating to the same event.
We do not request specific consent for the processing of information necessary to manage your booking enquiry, as you voluntarily provide these details in order to receive a response from ETB.
Only if you choose to tick the optional consent box may ETB use your email address to send occasional updates about the band, upcoming live dates, availability and future projects.
Your consent for these communications is entirely optional, does not affect your booking enquiry and may be withdrawn at any time.
This website does not maintain a dedicated booking database. Booking enquiries are managed through ETB's official booking email account.
Your information is retained only for as long as necessary to manage your enquiry and any related communication. Once it is no longer required, it is deleted or no longer used.
If your enquiry results in an agreement or contractual relationship, the information required may be retained for the period necessary to comply with applicable legal, accounting or tax obligations, or to protect the rights of the parties involved.
Your information may be accessed only by ETB members involved in managing your booking enquiry.
